Ok, news from Florida: Things here are going well. The people are wonderful. Even the people that hate us are wonderful. Florida is so diverse. I am so grateful to have been sent here. We are teaching a few people right now that I just adore. Olga is still learning. She didn't come to church yesterday, but we talked to her and we're going over there to talk to them tonight. She is the best and has so much faith. We've just got to whip her husband in to shape and things will be great.
Three members of Vicktor's family were baptized yesterday! They are so wonderful. We're still working with their oldest son, but he says he wants to get baptized this coming Sunday. I am just in awe of how wonderful they are. They have had so many trials, but they are still trying to follow God. I just love it. They are a beautiful family, and I am so happy for them.
Well, don't freak out, but we have a bug problem in our domicile. Yes, sir. We've got roaches and bed bugs. Don't freak out because I'm not. There are just vicious creatures running free while we sleep. I may pray fervently every night that if there are bugs on me that I just won't feel them. The roaches' main stomping ground is the kitchen, so we set some roach traps and are hoping for the best. The bed bugs, however, are a different story. They are called bed bugs for a reason. There is one glimmer of hope for Sister Daines and I: they are in Sister Bagley and Sister Aisa's beds:). We have found two tiny demons in our room, but they have long since gone to see their maker. Sister Bagley knows a guy though...ok, actually a sister from the ward that is willing to drop a bug bomb for us. I will do whatever it takes to get those animals out of my house. Missionary work is hard enough.
Picture: This is Vicktor and his family. I love them. Jairo (the guy in the front) is the one who baptized him). They are so great.
Well, I've got to go. I love you. The church is true. Just remember that God loves you and that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is for families. Love you.
