Crazy things have happened. We have transfer meeting tomorrow. I am staying in Royal Palm Beach West and training again! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. When we heard, I almost cried a little bit. I'm glad that I am training again, but I am just so tired. I feel like I don't really have much left in me some days. I also feel like I have knocked every door in this area. The people of Royal Palm and I are going to be really good friends. I'm excited though. Trainees are fun. They bring a lot of fire into the work and a lot of faith. Pray for me and her, will ya? I'm going to need all the help I can get.
So, we thought I was going to be leaving, so we went and visited a bunch of people and got pictures, just in case.
This is Sister Prado and Krizia. They take care of us. They are Cuban, so I immediately loved them, but whenever we are hungry or have a problem, we call them. They took us to Golden Coral for my birthday. They are so cute. Sister Prado kind of reminds me of Aunt Judy. They are both so cute and know so many cool tricks and have such fun stuff in their home. I feel like I am at Aunt Judy's house whenever I am at Sister Prado's house. :)
Adelina and Sister Gaminara...and the babies. I love this family. Adelina just got baptized and she is the best. She says that I can come visit her in The Dominican Republic when she goes back. Anyone want to come with me? Sister Gaminara is such a wonderful example of how the gospel changes people. She is so, SO good.
THE CORNELYS!!! They are the best. They are the coolest kids. Sometimes when we go over, I forget that I have to teach things. They are so fun.
Needless to say, i am glad that I am not leaving yet. It's going to be challenging, but I've made a lot of great friends up here. I feel really at home here. It is such a wonderful place. And there are such wonderful people. It's going to be hard, but my new greenie and I are just going to have to find and baptize some more. No big deal.
Family, i love you. Thank you for all the love and support. I am glad everyone is safe and sound. I'll let you know next week about my new companion. Pray for us. Love you!!
