The Famzkies,
So, this week has been a lot better. I'm feeling better, and Sister Jones and I went out and killed it. We worked as hard as we possibly could and saw milagros (MIRACLES). We have knocked obediently for the allotted time, but weren't seeing much from it. Then we got a text from some missionaries a zone over. They had a referral for us. We visited him. He is cool. HE WANTS TO GET BAPTIZED! He only speaks spanish, so we snagged him from the elders because they only know "hola," but one of the elders is the one from St. Johns, so 1 point for the home team :)
It has been raining A LOT. We have been on bike and got stuck in two killer rain storms.
We were biking and all the sudden lightning, thunder, and buckets of rain. We biked super fast
into an apartment complex and camped out for a bit. We god bored and realized Sis J had been out 2 months and I only had two, so we took a picture.
Crazy amounts of rain. We ended up having to just bike through it. The lightning had let up, don't freak out, Mom. I secretly loved it though. Florida is REALLY growing on me, even the humidity.
It is just so unpredictable. I lub it.
Ah biking. We finally got miles this week, so we are no longer on bike. I've named my bike Rocinante. He does a good job.
Things are going good overall. I feel older and older every day. All these missionaries that are coming in are so young and so full of fire. I feel like I'm an aged old granny, but we're still getting work done. It has been fun. We have a crazy district of all elders. District meeting is 9 elders and sister jones and I. It is...interesting. HAHA I really do love it. The elders are good to us. The members too! We have such a wonderful ward. I don't know what i would do without them.
Well, I am rambling. I love you all SO MUCH! I can't wait to see you all. I want my family. maybe you should all just relocate to Florida. It would be fun! You can grow pineapples in your front yard!
Les quiero mucho!
Hermana Gardner
