Things are good in Florida--nice and humid. I don't think it can get any worse and every day it does. But, you know what, bring it on. Once I'm good and sweaty, what is a little more sweat going to do? Nothing. The bed bugs seem to be under control, and with the help of the Roach Hotels I have all but decimated the cockroach population in our apartment. Now if the people we go and pray with all day would do that, I'd be so grateful. Cockroaches love Florida.

We've had a really great week. The Marquez family is all baptized and confirmed. They fed us yesterday for lunch. They are so funny. They are the family from Venezuela, and their Spanish is nuts. I don't understand a thing that Vicktor says, but he is a riot. They are so open about what they think. They've told me in the last few weeks that I look like: a movie star, a doll, someone from Switzerland, and that I look like I love to eat. I just don't know what to feel about that. HAHA. They are crazy, but their family has been so blessed since their baptism. I love it.

We had a miracle the other day. Everyone that we had set appointments with at the trailer park bailed? baled? bayled? on us or pretended to not be there when we came by. So, we decided to go talk to this one guy we had met earlier in the week. Then a dog chased us down the road. The guy wasn't there, but we didn't want to go the way we had came because of the dog. We kept walking down the road and there was a nice old man sitting outside. We went and prayed with him, and he loved it. We asked him if he'd be baptized, and he said yes. We said in two weeks, and he said yes. So, we left him with the Book of Mormon and he started reading it as soon as we walked away. We went and saw him yesterday and he told us that he knew we were sent of God because he had been praying for something like this to happen. He wanted to follow God, but he didn't know how. He said he had prayed for direction in the morning and that day we showed up. WHOA!!! Unfortunately, he had also been praying for a job and since he has been reading the Book of Mormon, he got a job offer in Miami. So, other missionaries will get to teach him, but he says he still wants to be baptized and still wants to meet with the missionaries. He has so much faith! The Lord really guides us in this work. Even that mean dog was led by the Spirit that day. I just love it. HAHA this is him. His name is Mario. He's like a cuban Bilbo Baggins. Look at those wise eyes.

I promised dad a picture of a cool tree. Here it is.

                                                        Also, have some sunset.

Well, I better stop here. I could go on forever. I love you all, and I know that God loves you. Be good to the missionaries; they need it.
