Family!

I'm glad to hear the 4th went well. It was different being a missionary on the 4th. There were a lot of people having a lot of fun. We were kind of out of place wherever we went. One man said "OOO bible thumpers. Come over and say hello." So, we started walking towards him and after about three steps he said, "Ok, now say goodbye." He's going to baptized someday soon. I can just feel it. We had a hard time finding people to teach that day because everybody was busy, but we did get to watch some fireworks from the stairs of our apartment on the way in for the night. They were pretty.

We're kind of in a weird situation because luckily all our investigators from last transfer were baptized, but now we have very few people to teach. I don't know if I told you all about David. He is a young man from El Salvador. He is so awesome. He wants to know the church is true so bad. He is really trying to get an answer. We also found an awesome man, Ignacio aka Nacho, from Mexico. Guys, he is so awesome. He is in a band HAHA! He also has sincere desires to change. He just kept asking us "Mamasitas, how did you know that I needed something like this?" He is wonderful.

I'm just so grateful to be here in Flordia with all of these amazing people. I'm just so amazed at these people and their great faith. Their lives have been WAY harder than mine and they are still so good. I am so grateful that the Lord sent me here to these people. I love them so much.

I better go, but just for fun. Check out this tan line. Mosquito bites and all.
