Familia,

Good morning from Florida! How are things going? I hope everything is just dandy. Things are going pretty awesome for us over here in Royal Palm Beach. We are having a lot of really cool experiences and growing a ton.

Adelina was not baptized this week because she is in the hospital. She went into a regular check up for her blood pressure, and they told her that she needed to go to the hospital. She thought she'd be in there for a few hours. Nope. She has been in there for four days. We are ticked. Satan is the worst. We're still visiting with her and hope to see her baptized this next week. She is so wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience this week. We had been having a really hard time finding people. I really was at my wit's end. I didn't know what else we could do. We decided that maybe if we fasted, we could show God that we are really serious about this--that we don't want numbers just for numbers but because he wants us to find new people. Well, we started our fast, and everyone that we had planned to see that day we were able to see. That NEVER happens. Plans always fall through. It was so cool. The Lord loves us and is so mindful of us. If we just put forth a little more effort--do a little teeny more--The Lord can't help but bless us.

Well, this is Sister Torralba and I. We ride our bikes and walk past this little thing all the time. It is so pretty that we pulled over and took a little picture.

Things are going really well. Miracles just keep happening in our little area. For some reason lately, writing emails has been weird. I feel like I am going to be talking to you tomorrow, so I might as well just save it all until then. HAHA that is very untrue. I've still got a while yet, but it will feel like that, I think. The time is flying. I'm just trying to hang on.

I love you a lot! Les quiero MUCHO!!!!

Hermana Gardner

P.S. Funny thing that happened this week: A dog jumped on my lap this week at a member's house, and he took my skirt with it. HAHAHA good thing the members were cooking. That would have been super awkward...O the life of a sister missionary. It is wonderful. The ward is so great. I'm excited for you to (maybe) meet them. They are whole bunch of crazy wonderfuls. I love them.
